Whisky and Dessert Bar

A pop-up dessert and cocktail bar featuring former MasterChef finalist Reynold Poernomo, co-owner of KOI Dessert Bar.
In collaboration with single malt whiskey distillery Glenmorangie, over the three day's patrons can taste dessert creations complementing Glenmorangie Single Malt Scotch Whiskey Signet, through an immersive installation.
Patrons are taken on a sensory and interactive experience. It starts as patrons enter through an illuminating light tunnel, then moving to the tasting and bar environment; an open structure with unique space.
Be Productions in collaboration with The Round Table completed the entire architectural build of the structure including all engineering, construction, hardware, fixtures, flooring, painting, signage and fabrication of materials for the installation; as well as providing full AV production including lighting, audio, truss and power.

THE CONCEPT

THE DESIGN
The Be Productions team now with the client's design concepts, commenced the construction of this project. With the use of 3D software; Be Productions could envision the build through real-time rendering and modeling animation. These effectively work as the blueprint for structure and aid in the planning and development to realise this project.

THE PRODUCTION
After months of planning, designing, testing, constructing and assembling at Be Productions HQ. The time for the event installation was now a reality. Over the course of three days at the Barangaroo site, the team carried out the build to schedule, ready for opening.

THE RESULT
With the event opening underway. Attendees were captivated and engaged. The wow factor left a long-lasting impression, with eye-catching camera-ready Instagram moments of colour and illumination.
The concept of increasing brand awareness between consumer and product was accomplished.
