Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and pack down audio, lighting, and vision systems for outdoor events.

Troubleshoot technical issues and support smooth event delivery.

Work collaboratively with the Be Productions team, clients, and performers.

Maintain safe work practices, including weatherproofing and cable management.
About You:
-
Experience with live event AV (audio, lighting, or vision).
-
Strong understanding of signal flow and general troubleshooting.
-
Comfortable working outdoors and with physical tasks.
-
Great communicator and team player.
-
Driver’s licence preferred.
